Job Summary
Overseeing and ensuring the fire prevention and security activities. Developing necessary system or process to ensure the implementation of Security/HSE/Fire management on site. GMS activities development for safety, Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, necessary government agencies and internal.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily performance of the security team (security guards) and fire safety officers, ensuring everything runs according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Responsible for the management of the fire service outsourcing business
- Coordinate and solve construction sectors and improved fire safety
- Responsible for coordinating the daily work of fire protection committees
- Plan and participate in the company's emergency evacuation system and emergency preparedness
- Organize plant-wide fire inspections and follow up rectification actions to ensure compliance with fire safety requirements
- Implement GMS standards and support related activities across the plant
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Over 5 years experience in the field of Security/HSE/Fire Protection
- Exposure to the automotive manufacturing area
- Familiar with local regulation on HSE/Fire
- Basic Computer Skill, Microsoft Office and Windows
- Leaders attitude, clear communication skills (Presentation and so forth)
- Good at working under pressure and good decision making ability
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Proficient in English (Written & Spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
