Initial Interview

We will conduct an initial online interview to learn more about your background and see if your values align with the company.

User Interview & Technical Test

We will introduce you to the user to explore your technical competencies, either online or in-person at the company. Some positions require practical tests and may involve Supervisor or Manager levels. For certain positions (Supervisor and above), interviews will be conducted with the Board of Directors.

Evaluation and Assessment Stage

Online Psychological Test

We will administer a series of online psychological tests to determine alignment with company values.

Medical Check Up
